MeSH comments on value of background checking in light of EEOC actions (2010)
In 2010, companies were struggling to interpret the EEOC lawsuit against Freeman and interpret the basis vs the extensive Negligent Hiring case law.
Although MeSH is not a law firm and thus does not provide legal advice, MeSH through its affiliations and having stayed current with the background
checking field over a long period of time, put together information in a concise document. This document, along with the cited original
